"Oustanding street for couples or to raise a family"
We are an upscale enclave within the larger Kingstowne housing development. Close to public transportation and easy access to highways for commuting into DC. Our street is clean, quiet, safe and fine dining and retail outlets are just minutes away. We are walking distance from trails and parks, additionally we have a private playground for kids, a tennis court and community gazebo for relaxing. Landscaping is professionally maintained, the vast majority of homes have a 2-car garage and there is ample off-street parking. We also back onto a protected wetlands area populated by a plethora of birds, small animals and deer. We are 20-25 minutes from downtown Washington DC.
