Magnolia train tracks

We've spotted a lovely home in Magnolia, one of Seattle's most desirable neighborhoods. We love it, but we see train tracks from the house. We presume these are active tracks. Can anyone confirm, and, if so, do you know the schedule? Having a train go through any time of day isn't great, but especially not in the middle of the night. Appreciate insight!

My girlfriend and I have lived near the trains for several months, we too thought the trains would be an issue, but they haven't been at all.

The schedule varies. The Sounder Train travels through the track as well as cargo transport trains. The trains do not sound any horns, but there is exhaust noise and sound from the train cars connecting - which is the loudest noise the train yard makes.
