Is the north end of Magnolia (by the entrance to Discovery Park) a desirable and safe place to live?

We're looking at a house at the very north end of Magnolia, but are unsure of the location. It is as safe and desirable as the rest of Magnolia - down by the village? Thanks

Magnolia is an extremely nice, safe and desirable neighborhood - even north Magnolia. In Seattle, northerly neighborhoods are generally nicer and safer than southerly ones.
