"A Mixed Bag"
If you go between Lex and Park on 103rd St, you will find a mixed bag around there. You will find liquor stores, churches of various denominations, delis, and so much more. The street itself is ugly, with pot holes and areas that were patched. But there is a stretch on the road before Park where there is a very little park area. You will find so many different types of stores on this one stretch of road.
Pros
- Plenty of stores
- Mixed bag
Cons
- Little too dirty in spots
- Too many people at times

"Nearby Park Avenue"
This street shares the luxury of the Upper East Side, and some of the highlights, though the real estate may not be as desirable as other streets throughout the city. I think that this is a good street to get started on in the city if you're looking for a change in pace, and this street definitely wasn't lacking in terms of overall appeal and access to other parts of the city. With the 4 and 6 train nearby, you can't lose on this short street in Manhattan.
