"Traverses through the heart of the city."

Ludlow Street is a one way street going west through the heart of the city. It is narrow with no parking, but you can see everything from this location. It is next to Independence National Historic Park, which is gigantic and beautiful. Close to everything you want, restaurants, shopping, businesses, and entertainment.
