"Perfect Virginian suburbia"
Great large townhomes in a very safe neighborhood. Good location to reach Washington DC or Tyson's, but traffic can be tough out on Route 7 and 66.
Neighbor's are very friendly and have numerous social circles amongst the mixed aged populations.
Verizon recently installed FiOS so we've got screaming broadband (30Mb/s down, 2Mb/s up). A new cell phone tower is going up at the local Bloom shopping center so we'll have better comms in the next few months.
If you're thinking of kids and have a dog this is great. If you're young and single may I suggest you run screaming from this place immediately. There are a few retirees who are downshifting from their large single family homes. All get on great.
