"Very Leafy, with huge backyards"

This is a lovely, quiet, suburban street that I looked at when I considered living here. The homes are large and beautiful, with some of the biggest backyards I have ever seen in this part of the country (not anywhere, but in Northern California). The home I looked at was a four-bedroom share, which gives me the impression that it is an overall pricey neighborhood. Despite running perpendicular to the very crowded Oregon Expressway and Embarcadero Rds., the traffic doesn't seem too horrific.
