London Groveport Rd, Columbus

This street boasts the NEW Meijer recently opened, as well as new gas stations and a new Wendy's. This road is seriously brand new with some construction still making way for stoplights. It's a very nice place to be, but since it's obviously new, we'll have to look back in ten years and see what's changed. They have condos available, and if you're looking for a new place, I'd get in now on the bottom before London-Groveport really takes off, and the property value skyrockets.
