Logan Cir Northwest, Logan Circle / Shaw

The most famous part of P Street is the area in Dupont Circle where there a number of gay bars and restaurants. The blocks between 20th and 23rd street are very active and lively with a used bookshop, restaurants and bars. It's a very interesting and exciting area if you are open to alternative lifestyles. To the west, the street goes past Rock Creek Park and into Georgetown where there are many historic houses. Here it is very quaint and beautiful.
