"Good place to live, but not friendly neighbors."
I have lived here for a few years now and the neighbors are not very friendly. Mostly young professionals, but not socially outgoing.

What do you mean the neighbors aren't friendly? Can you elaborate at all? I would have thought the neighbors being young professionals to be extremely outgoing and friendly.
