"Commercial District with a Bit of Flair"
If you like a mixture of stores with homes thrown in, you will like Linden Blvd. There basically is a mixed bag of goodies you will find along this boulevard.
Having been down the street, I can say for certainty that it has some flair to it. It isn't your typical NYC busy street. It actually has some class to it.
