"Close to the beach access"

This road is located near 163rd street bridge when you are entering North Miami Beach. This road is mostly residential condos high rises and some smaller chain quick stops and restaurants. This road is about five minutes away from Collins Ave and the Beach area. This road is never busy and is a great way back route from the beach without the heavy traffic and tolls from the other roads.
