Latourette St, Prince's Bay

This is a pretty short street, about 3 city block and dead ends. Local traffic is more than tolerable, some industry, and smaller businesses intermixed in with the homes, but relatively quiet and clean. Most homes are older 2 stories, well kept for the most part, with little deteriation happening. As with most properties in the area some might say cost is higher, but worth the extra for the peace and quiet. Safe to walk here day or night, as street lights are in working order. Having trees nearby every yard is great for city living, some vacant land offers some shelter from other streets as well. Large city park is within 15 minute walk if one needs more space and room to roam.
