Isabelle Farm is a locally owned organic farm that has a farm stand at 1640 West Baseline Road, Lafayette, CO 80026. They say:
THE FARM STAND IS OPEN ON WEEKENDS ONLY, JANUARY12-APRIL 15, 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. COME ON BY!
