"Pretty much a nice place to live"
Multiple families of Mexicans moved in up on Baja Mission in one single family house, and are kind of piggish but no real trouble from them yet. They do bring down the overall value of the neighborhood though by the overall messiness and vehicles parked willy-nilly around the house. This house sold for more than $600,000 so they afford it by renting rooms out to other Mexicans. Hopefully the sub-prime meltdown will force them to find another place to go. One they can afford.
