As a long time resident of Knightdale, I have seen the town grow from a sleepy little tobacco town to a growing city full of "big box" stores and other shopping amenities. One a city comprised only of starter homes, Knightdale is quickly becoming an up and coming area with $300,000+ homes being built more and more each day.
