"nice living on Staten Island"

Klondike Ave is a nice quiet street just west of the busy Richmond Avenue and south of Rockland Ave. Its in close proximity of other major expressways that can take you into the more bustling parts of New York City. The street and surrounding area are mostly filled with middle class families and homes and is a relatively safe and quiet area.
