"Good street to raise a family"

Mostly 4-bedroom homes built in late '90s-2003. Houses are spacious (2700-3100 sq. ft.) and affordable ($230-310K), but they all look basically the same - there's only a few different floor plans for all of the houses. Not much traffic, mostly residents and the occasional delivery vehicle. Lots of families with children under 10 years, lots of stay-at-home moms and white-collar dads. Most neighbors are friendly and supportive of each other without being intrusive.
