Kent St, Greenpoint

Kent Street is a nice street near the East River in Brooklyn. It is filled with small businesses and a quaint atmosphere. The views of the river are very nice and this area is well trafficked, but not terribly loud. It’s a nice oasis from the hecticness of the midtown area. I really like this neighborhood and think it should be considered on a move to Brooklyn.

I visited Kent St. several times while living in the area. The street is clean, well-maintained, and inhabited by quiet and friendly people. Some of the local small apartment buildings have interesting architectural features. The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly. Retail shopping, subway stations, and parks are within easy walking access.
