"Kelly St. is just full of nice starter homes."

On thing that Hayward has is a large number of homes that fit in the starter home category. On Kelly St. there are many 1-3 bedroom homes selling for between 250 and 350 K. This neighborhood is close to schools, parks, shopping, churches, etc. This neighborhood can get a little noisy but altogether it's a great place to raise kids.
