"Cars, cars, and more cars..."
Kaiser Plaza in Oakland, CA shares the same space as Valdez Street for approximately one block and a half (between Grand Avenue and 24th Street to be exact). The one thing you will see a lot of on Kaiser Plaza, actually it's pretty much the only thing, are cars - lots and lots of parked cars and parking lots. I was never really curious to find out why they named it Kaiser Plaza, but if it were me, I'd name it Motor City Plaza.
