"Bonaire Park is an Old Fashioned Neighborhood Park "
Bonaire Park is located at the corner of Juniper and Sagewood streets. It is a 5-acre neighborhood park. The purpose of the park was to provide a place for the local residents to have picnics, let their children play and to provide a place for the neighbors to play horseshoes. The park has picnic areas, playground, restrooms, horseshoe pits and plenty of off-street parking.

"The true niche of a conenient street"
Manor Blvd is a one stop, quick and convenient street especially if you have kids in tow. There are plenty of shops to meet all of your needs and enough restaurants to satisfy your crank kid when he/she is hungry. The environment of the street is somewhat busy because of all the different shops and other important things on this street. A lot of the buildings are new. There are quite a few stop lights and in the summer there are over a dozen ice cream shops that are competing for the attention of the strolling passer-bys!
