Joseph Campau St, Poletown East

East Palmer Ave. is a pretty nondescript street that basically just goes through some suburban areas, lots of houses with green yards and trees. As for food, it's not that great, but there are some okay places to eat. There's a Coney Island restaurant and a Subway nearby, and a Riteway market if you head west but that will put you in a slightly more shady area. In my opinion the street gets nicer as you head East on it. It dead-ends on Maxwell Avenue and there is a seafood restaurant nearby that's pretty decent. Detroit gets a bad rap but there are areas of it that are really not that bad and this street is one of them. Just an average place - I'd rather live in Indiana though!
