"Dirty, unsafe street with gangs and drugs. "
Jimmy Carter Boulevard is swarming with people that don’t have a car or car insurance. I have been in an accident (rear ended twice) on this road and both times the other driver didn’t have car insurance. Even though this is America, there are hardly anymore English Speaking signs or businesses in the area. Crime is rampant and drug dealing is a common occurrence. Everyone I know avoids this street at all costs. I wouldn't reccomend living anywhere near this road.
