What public transportation options do I have from Jeffery Manor, Chicago?

As far as it goes, Jeffery Manor has below average public transportation. It's a ways out, and while you can find a bus, I don't like taking them on the South Side, so it's not the best place for it. That said, this is Chicago, so you can usually find a way to get where you're going using public transportation.
