"Nice family neighborhood"
I've lived on and off in the area for about 5 years. It's a quiet, peaceful, and safe neihborhood with many amenities nearby. Some are even walking distance. There's gas across the street, a McDonalds on the same street, Safeway across the McDonalds, Starbucks across the Safeway, Wells Fargo right next to the Starbucks, easy access to Hwy 92 and El Camino Real. Borel middle school is also a 10 minute block, just a few blocks away. There are many options for public transportation as well, including the Caltrain just 3 blocks away from the Safeway. I love this neighborhood and I highly recommend it.
