Isanti

The town of Isanti is located just minutes south of Cambridge. It is mainly a "bedroom community" with many people commuting to the metro. It is a wonderful place to call home with lots of activities for kids from the BMX track, soccer complex, hockey rinks, a large park with a pavilion and a skate board park. Right next to many of these amenities is a great development with new homes being built by J. Robinson Construction. There are over twenty lots to choose from and the homes are not your typical split entry houses. Josh puts some extra care into these with the knock down ceilings, pull out drawers in the pantry (yes, there is a pantry in the kitchen), two linen closets and landscaping. We will be building through the winter with a new model coming in the spring. This would be a great place to come home too!

Located on Hwy 65 just about 5 minutes south of Cambridge, this little town has a lot to offer! And still in the 911 school district of Cambridge.

Dont let this town fool you. Some small town restaurants and shopping along with a golf course and a great New Construction development with low taxes. Some developments are along the Rum River with a wide variety of styles throughout Isanti.
