Irvine Blvd, Irvine

Irvine Blvd and Tustin Ranch Rd is a busy intersection! There is a lovely golf course on the corner! There is alot to do and tons of fine dining choices! The activity level is high since it is Orange County and the bike lanes are busy! There are city parks on almost every block so there are alot of places to walk the dog, take the kids out for a game of catch or play a little basketball on the regulation court! The hockey field is always going on the weekends and evenings! You can pickup a game most nites and in the summr you can take a hockey class! With the Ducks in the play offs you know our court is always on the ready! They recently did a resurface on it and it is ready to roll!

The child play area is nice around the corner on Kinsman and the kids love the soft touch of the slide and the swings! There are cannon balls and an fake cannon for everyone to play with!

I feel safe walking the dogs any hour of the day or night! There is low crime rate! However, you know the people who want in your house that want what you got will ge in no matter!

This is a pretty afflunant community! There exceptions to this of course!
