Iris Ave, Sunnyvale

Iris Avenue is a beautiful street. The street has two parks which are both equally entertaining although Ponderosa park is the large of the two and the more familiar one as well. Braly park is more familiar to the residents of this street. There are plenty of large trees which provide for shade during hot days and making walking the sidewalks comfortable and pleasant. This street is situated back from the bustle of most main roads and lies in a cluster of other suburban streets. Iris Avenue is very fond of partaking in every holiday season with almost each and every house putting up decorations. They almost always outdo themselves during the Christmas season. Great place to live. Houses are on the pricey side, so it probably won't be the place where you get to buy your first starter home.
