"Good place to live with very comfortable neighbors."

Our street of 25 years has changed very little in this time we have been here. Most homes are very well maintained and are being remodeled at a pretty steady clip around here. To walk around the streets, you find most people easy to talk with and frequently chat while in the garden about many of the local happenings. Most homes are occupied full time and family gatherings are a common activity. We have a neighborhood school close by and several parks that recreational soccer, tennis, basketball, fishing and just general sauntering around in, is the norm. Just recently there will be three homes changing families. It is well kept and rather quiet except for the occasional car with the boom box blarring or late night students on a tear through the streets around us. We find most days around here quiet and enjoyable. We rarely hear of any "Crime". A while back there were some breakins to a couple homes, but that was it in all this time. Most people have dogs that are pretty alerting and I know most people have some kind of defense.
Shopping and the town center is walkable and quite enjoyable. You will see tree lined streets galore and a myriad of landscaping styles. The main "Shopping district" The Pacific Garden Mall, is quite a mixture of happenings! From leisurly strollers to the "Mall Trollers". It just has to be witnessed to understand. We have many home town shops that have unusual/unique/wonderful creations that are truly worth the trip to the Mall.
