What websites, publications or real estate professionals would you recommend to people looking for rentals in Ingleside Heights, San Francisco?

As far as websites for looking for rentals in Ingleside Heights, San Francisco I personally like StreetAdvisor.com--its got a lot of good information about what's going on in the city written by locals who actually know what they're talking about and have often done a bit of research to back themselves up too. You might have heard of it.

Other than that though, I like Padmapper for looking up rental prices; because it is a website aggregator it gives you a pretty comprehensive sense of what is out there at any given time.
For home prices, I like Trulia--another agregator with lots of extra goodies.
