"Peaceful street, just the other side of all the Beechmont traffic"
Independence Drive is a nice street with some commercial things at the beginning (Bob Evans, Home Depot, Press-tige Dry cleaners, etc. Then it becomes residential with condos and townhouses and leads back to Fox Chase apartments. The nice thing is that because it's a dead end street, the traffic isn't overwhelming and the neighbors are nice. It's close to all the hustle and bustle of Beechmont and the rest of Cherry Grove, and it's only 2 blocks from 275 (which means you're only 15 miles from the heart of Downtown Cincinnati) but it's peaceful back here. I've lived here 20 years.
