"Bumper to bumper"
Interstate 64 is slammed with traffic (and when I say slammed I mean it’s bumper to bumper) starting about 3:30am to 4am and then again around the same time in the afternoon. It does have an HOV 2 lane which makes it faster for carpoolers, but it’s still going to be busy.
