"Poor area, Stay away"
My family and I had visited colorado spring and ended up right smack in the middle of this neighborhood. Was not the place for my family and I to be. This place was disgusting, high with crime, & run down. I saw several shady people standing on the corner, May have ben selling drugs. if you visit stay clear of here.

"Stay far away!!!!!"
Nevada Ave. as a whole is a dirty area that anyone who can should avoid. South Nevada is by far the worst part. While there are a few nice areas around downtown and the court houses, the majority of this street is filled with vagrancy and poverty. A quick drive through this area to get to a final destination is fine but I would not recognise a prolonged stay in the area if at all possible.
