Also called Little Puerto Rico - Humboldt Park is pretty quiet and full of brick bungalows and apartment buildings. The dominate ethnicity here is Puerto Rican. There are wonderful dining options all over plus you have Humboldt Park. It's 207 acres boast ice skating in the winter and outdoor concerts in the summer.

Humboldt Park is pretty nice, although it isn't the safest area. It used to be a lot worse, and I wouldn't go walking around alone at night, but you shouldn't have any trouble most of the time. I think home prices are going to shoot up in the near future, as the neighborhood is continuing to improve, and I think it'll be a great location for younger people and young families.
