I need help! I am relocating to Houston within the next month for a job from the Chicago area.

I need an affordable 3 bedroom apartment in a good school district close to dwntwn. Can anyone tell me which school districts are best and what cities they take in?

Close to downtown means you will be in the Houston Independent School District, one of the largest districts in Texas. Academic results are widely varied as in most major metropolitan school districts. HISD has some good schools and homes zoned to those schools reflect that quality in higher prices and rents.
