"Warm Springs Industrial Area"

Older and Newer tilt ups at reasonable lease rates. Fremont Police and Fire are very good. Only one break-in in 13 years (alarm system now). Vandalism limited to breaking sprinkler heads (minor stuff). Housing Shelter down the street on Brown, but never been a problem. Minor traffic during day, some heavy traffic at night due to kart racing business.
