Homestead Rd, East Little York / Homestead

Homestead Road is an extremely busy highway located in central Houston. It is a four lane blacktop separated by a median, and well traveled by most Houston Residents to reach their work destinations and when they are out shopping, or looking for a few hours of entertainment. The view on either side of this highway is typically southern with lots of meadows and trees. As you drive down this road it has several residential areas that are clumped together between the scenery. The homes are middle to upper middle class, and most yards are fenced in. Most of the families that live in this area are young married couples with small children, and the overall feel is friendly and inviting. The highway is surrounds by several suburban streets with great schools, and minutes from the shopping district.
