"Friendly Neighborhood ,Not ideal for shopping"

Many laugh at the name Hoe Ave, but its far from it. Its a friendly neighborhood and the people are surpising friendly. Its not an ideal place for shopping or eating. Its a few resturants nearby but it seems like everything is located on Southern Blvd. The residential area seems nice for familes and retirees who don't like a lot of hustle and bustle.
