"Heritage Eagle Bend - a pretty area with beautiful homes and manicured lawns"

Heritage Eagle Bend is located in a lovely spot. The natural beauty of this area includes rolling hills and established pine trees with an incredible view of the Rocky Mountains. There is a golf course community which sports an Arthur Hills designed course with 18 holes and has several lakes, gorgeous views, and a link style course. The clubhouse is well designed and is big enough to host a large wedding or any special event.

The neighborhood is located just southeast of the tollway so there is easy access to Denver International Airport, I-25, and I-70. This is a residential community so there are no restaurants here, but many are within 8-10 minutes drive time. Just across the tollway are stores such as Target and Walgreens so basic shopping is close. It's only 8-10 minutes to Southlands shopping area or about 15 minutes on the tollway to get to Park Meadows Mall which has anything a person could want.

During the winter months, the main streets are cleared quickly so as to avoid snow buildup, although in big storms there have been problems in the past with getting to the residential streets quickly enough.

Heritage Eagle Bend is located within the Cherry Creek School District, which is nationally acclaimed for excellence in academics and sports. The high school located here is Cherokee Trail and accommodates over 3,000 students. There is great school pride and the community as a whole feels very close.

When walking or driving around this neighborhood there is an incredible feeling of safely. To the east of the neighborhood there is just a spattering of homes and to the north and south are both excellent areas as well. This is a more exclusive neighborhood which is well taken care of and the home prices exhibit this fact.
