Harwell Rd Northwest, Atlanta

Harwell Road Northwest is not a great choice for families. The community and neighborhood are better known for low rent shops, and tawdry after hour spots. When you have strip clubs as the primary reason for people to visit, then, you can imagine the kind of negative activities that come along with it.

Neighborly spirit is low because of the transitory crowd that comes through the area, and I wouldn't describe it as clean and green. Because of its proximity to interstates and major roadways, transitory visitors are more than in other areas.

The schools are average but not the best. Resale values for properties are low, and understandably so. There are no major medical facilities that are in reasonable proximity. There are some local stores but no major retail shopping or fine dining restaurants.
