Harvard Ave, Union-Miles

I made the mistake of driving this at night, didnt know. There is alot of crime on this road, not all the time or at every part...but its a rough area. Alot of older homes, about half need alot of work. Over grown lots, a few older trees, but a few homes look pretty good even with the bars on all the windows. I guess if you can only afford this area it would work, but I cant recommend it to much! At least once ever 2 weeks its in the news for arson, shootings, etc. There is a fairly well maintained park at the end of the street, once again good for day time use only.
