"quiet working class neighborhood"
Harbor View Terrace is in the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn. This is a nice but not terribly expensive area, kind of old school working class Brooklyn combined with new up and coming developments and gentrification. The subway runs all the way down 4th Ave with easy access to the area. There are several nice parks down on the waterfront. This neighborhood is pretty quiet, with a lot of older folks.
