"Ideal place to start and raise a family"
A friend of mine lives on Hanover - it is a beautiful neighborhood with large houses. It is situated in University Heights located in University Park and costs a pretty penny but is certainly worth it. Many families play in their front yards and young couples walk along the tree-lined sidewalks. It's a very safe neighborhood with very little crime. Quiet, peaceful, and ideal.
