Guy Pl, South Beach

Guy Place is a short, curvy street located just off of 1st street. It actually connects with another street called Lansing street. Guy Place is pretty much hidden unless one notices it when passing by. This place consists of houses and apartments. In my opinion, I think the apartments have a more modern look to them. But both the apartments and houses are decent. The majority of buildings here are apartments. There aren't many parking spaces, but some of the houses have a driveway. The street is pretty narrow though so only one car can pass one at a time. Overall, this street is quaint, quiet and peaceful.
