"Hard to find, quiet street in an established neighborhood"
Gregory Street in Castro Valley, CA is very quiet and is kind of hard to find unless you have a map or know where you are going because it is a street that ruins parallel with Edwards Lane but you have to take another side road to get to it and you end up lost, well at least me and my family did while we were looking to buy in that area. It's not hard to find your way back out because it is two dead end streets. Well if I can remember right one of the ends was a cul de sac and the other end of the street was just a dead end. We were to busy looking at the amazing houses that I pretty sure the other end was just a dead end. This is where the middle class neighborhood ends and the more expensive houses start to emerge. Non of them were for sale of course.
