Greenway Terrace is part of Forest Hills Gardens, a planned garden community built and maintained since the turn of the 20th century. The streets offers a community park that is well maintained and lovingly cared for. Along the road gorgeous homes line the street with immaculately kept lawns and massive yards (by NY standards). It is some of the most expensive real estate in the borough but the planned community is worth it.

"On Greenway Terrace"
Greenway Terrace is absolutely beautiful and filled with some very beautiful and very expensive homes. I think that this is a good place to live if you can afford to and if you’re weary of Manhattan life. If you would like to get to Greenway Terrace, you can use the 71st Avenue at Forest Hills Subway and access the E, F, V, and J trains. You can also use the M train at 75th Avenue. The rail at Forest Hills is also located at the interesection of 71st Avenue and Greenway Avenue.
