"small narrow street but nice homes"

Greenwald Lane is in a fairly upscale neighborhood in Alameda. It features nice homes and townhouses. The only complaint is there is no yard, even by Bay Area standards. I like a little room for a small garden and flower bed at least. Otherwise this is a very quiet, safe neighborhood, nice place to live.
