50/50 it is mixed here "diverse". Code enforcement need to lighten up. It not bad, but it's not Great. No Habla Espanol! Officers are pretty decent... I know several.

I go to Greeley a lot and I don't think there is one overall atmosphere, there's really three. On the northeastern side it's quite a bit run down and there are some shady areas I wouldn't want to walk around in during the evening. The UNC campus is more to the east/middle of Greeley and it's a lot more green and friendly there. It has the usual university/college vibe to it. On the westernmost side it's more newer construction and nicer homes catering to the professionals with families and children. They have a great rec center there with a really cool water park, swimming pool with great slides and a lazy river. Along Highway 34 it's almost all businesses and hotels. Overall it's a nice little city if you can get used to the smell when it's windy. There are tons of cattle ranches and feed lots surrounding Greeley and I haven't gone there enough to get used to it yet.
