Is there any kind of "art scene" in Greeley?

One of my friends describes Greeley as an artsy town in disguise. What are some good places to hear local music or visit local galleries, etc?

The Tointon Gallery for the Visual Arts 651 10th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631
Off the first floor lobby of the Union Colony Civic Center with daily access from the Greeley Recreation Center
Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and during performances in the Monfort Concert Hall
Admission: FREE

We also have The Arts Picnic every summer visit http://greeleygov.com/festivals/ArtsPicnic.aspx to see last years schedule
